Having healthy self-esteem is basically important because it helps you create positive choices in your lifestyle, gives you the courage to be your own person, have good relationships and helps you affect difficult situations.

4. SET GOALS

Take the time a day to believe what you’d wish to achieve. Then set yourself realistic goals for every day and keep track of your progress by writing down all of your accomplishments.
